During the consultation, your KSP consultant will seek to understand your company's goals and benefits needs. They will then craft a customized proposal and present it to you at a follow-up meeting. You will have all the time you need to review the proposal, ask questions, and request modifications. Once you're satisfied with the proposal, we'll begin our onboaring process.
Benefits communication is the cornerstone of our value for your organization. Using a process customized to your organization, we will ensure that each of your employees really understand the investment the organization is making in them. Employees then can meet one-on-one with a Benefits Counselor who can help them select coverage that best protects them and their family, while staying within their budget.
